Add the whole tender at once: conditions, scope, specifications, schedules and drawings. PDF, Word and Excel. Macro-enabled files are not read. Scripts, links and attachments inside a document are never run or opened.

How we handle your documents
Tender packs are often confidential. We read them through a paid business AI service, with contract terms that limit how it can use your data.
Not used for training
We don't train models on your documents, and our AI provider's paid terms don't let it use them to improve its products. If that can't be confirmed, uploads stop until it is. See the privacy notice.
Deleted by default
Files are deleted once the brief is built. The brief itself is kept for 30 days, then deleted. Download the PDF or Excel copy to keep it longer.
Separate for each firm
Each firm's packs and briefs are kept separate in the database. No other firm can open them. Two-factor sign-in is available.
Where data goes
The AI provider receives the text of your documents and, for PDFs, the pages as images. It may keep prompts and responses for a limited time for safety and legal reasons, and may process them in any country.
The Privacy & Data Handling notice names our AI provider, where data is processed and how long it's kept. The Security page lists every provider and region.

Credits are based on the relevant text and pages in your pack. A read uses 0.50 credits or more, and you see the exact charge before it starts (API reads follow the Terms). For a large pack we show which documents cost the most, so you can leave some out. You're not charged for a read that fails.

How the numbers work
How each figure is produced, and what a brief can't see.
AI reads, code calculates
The AI model extracts what the documents say, including stated figures. Code performs the calculations. Check the inputs and results against your pack before relying on them.
Unread pages are listed
The brief lists scanned pages, drawings that wouldn't open and documents referred to but not supplied.
Quotes are checked
Numbers in a concrete brief are matched to the page they reference. Items you ask for must quote the documents exactly, and each shows the passage it came from.
A register you can work from
Download the RFIs as a numbered Excel register with columns for sent to, date, response and status, plus every requirement and conflict with its source.
