If these documents conflict, a written agreement signed by both parties applies first, then the Data Processing Schedule on a data-processing question, then the Terms of Service, then the Privacy & Data Handling notice, then the Security & Data Processing page. The Website Terms of Use cover the public website only and do not change how the service documents apply. Each account is asked to accept the current Terms and Privacy notice before its next upload or payment, and the version accepted is recorded. Earlier versions are available on request.
